Subject	Is a Loose Exhaust Manifold Nut ok?

Message	That's sort of rhetorical question. In doing the plenum pull I noticed one of the exhaust manifold nuts was loose... so I thought. Turns out something is stripped and the nut won't go on further. Question is should I be concerned that one manifold nut isn't tight? How do I fix this? Also, while I've got your attention would you be concerned regarding injector pintle cap feet being broken off? Or thoughts regarding my Unorthodox Racing power steering pulley offset questions in the Technical Forum? Responses have been slow over in the Tech Forum so I figured I'd solicit these questions here as well. Thanks KongZTT and Michaell32.
